Hampstead Heath Wedding | Emma & Paolo
Love and passion - Italian style in Hampstead Heath
Paolo and Emma had organised a really personal wedding. The church is a large part of their lives so it was fitting to have the whole day in their local church in Hampstead!
This beautiful building is the perfect backdrop for this really personal, heartfelt and emotional wedding. With Paolo's family coming from Italy we had a mixture of cultures within the day. which was lovely, singing, speeches and lot's of kissing!!!
After the ceremony we had group photographs to the front of the church followed by drinks in the garden. Paolo and Emma and I headed off to Hampstead Heath to capture some couple photographs in the beautiful setting. This Georgian garden, boasts ornamental ponds and amazing details in the architecture, a fantastic location to capture some romantic wedding photographs.
We used up every last second and rushed back to join the wedding breakfast.
Onto the speeches and we learned how the couple met and their story so far, Paolo's brothers had created a presentation with some wonderful moments, including english translations of Italian phrases - funny, charming and cheeky!
With the light a bit softer now we headed back out for some family photographs and the wedding party shots, before heading back inside for the all important cake cutting! With the hundreds of cupcakes handed out we are entertained with the delights of a Cèilidh band. Such good fun and a wonderful way to engage all the guests - set routines and fun dance moves - an increasingly popular way to end a wedding day.
